"The first thing to say is "WOW", what a great place to stay - the entire place was beautiful and was such a perfect stop on our trip to Italy. The room was so nice and comfortable we didn't want to leave. The breakfast was incredible and the staff was just over the top awesome !!! We are very picky when we travel about cleanliness, value and customer service - we were so pleased that everything was even better than advertised - we will absolutely stay here again when we get the chance !!!!...

The apartment was spacious with separate bedroom and living area with sofa bed. The apartment is located a few minutes walk from a wide range of restaurants and coffee shops. "Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through.
