It had an excellent well-stocked kitchen and the longest bath I think I've ever seen. The bedroom was sweet and the huge front living space perfect to relax in with our small dog George. This is a fabulous place to stay very near the stunning beaches from Matauri Bay north to Te Ngaere Bay and Piapia Bay (wow!). Located on a farm, it was lovely to see the horses in the morning and walk through the fields to see the extensive views inland and down to the bays. The art on the walls was an extra bonus. We loved our stay and thank the hosts for making this cool space available to us and our wee dog."

"Perfect for what we needed. We were 5 adults staying for 2 nights. Loved having breakfast and dinner sitting outside and using the BBQ. Flyscreens are a lifesaver allowing you to keep the windows open on those hot summer nights. Gay was lovely and my parents loved having a chat with her. Great to be able to just pop across the road for a dip and up to the shops. Fully equipped house, clean and tidy. "
