"We were in the older section of the hotel so there was no elevator, but we were on the first floor so one flight of stairs was fine. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Our friends were in the never building which has balconies and an elevator. Theybloved their bed and shower too."

"Very much a top luxury Hotel with priced accordingly. Staff and service excellent. Spa great for relaxing with Bar service and stunning views. Rooms luxurious and views either side of the Hotel stunning. The Hotel set on the beautiful Strba Tarn against a backdrop of stunning mountains. Great walks / hiking trails very worthwhile but note they are long and quite hard to hike (proper footwear essential). Highly recommended Hotel. Thank you for our stay."

However, we were allocated one of the top floor rooms, with a pitched roof and this proved to be a challenge for my son and husband, who are both over 6ft tall. We couldn’t relax on the sofa as we had a slope behind our head, the men couldn’t take a bath or a shower as there wasn’t any head room and getting in and out of bed resulted in banging our heads. "Overall it is a comfortable stay. Our room was on the 2nd floor and faces the mountains, however the door to the balcony was spoiled on the 2nd day and we could not open it. The first night was quiet but we could hear people talking on the 2nd night. But as we were very tired, we fell asleep. The location was very ideal, at the heart of Krupowki. If we come back again, we will stay here but at a higher floor."

"It’s our 3rd time staying at Aries in the last 4 years and I would never look to stay anywhere else in Zakopane as the hotel is just fantastic. The staff are so friendly and always looking to help you to make your stay even better. The breakfast is truly amazing and sets you up for an entire day walking in the Tatra mountains. The Spa is chic and never really gets too busy, even at the weekend. We paid a little extra this time for a Suite and it was money well spent. I just can’t imagine anybody not loving their stay at Aries!"
