"Great choices for breakfast! And very clean room indeed with a fully functional kitchen for the room we booked. If I have to point out something that can be improved: 1) 5 parking slots for electric vehicles but only three chargers. It would be nice to have 5 chargers or at least some way that the reception can notify the owner to unlock the plug so another car owner can use it when their charging is completed. 2) water pressure of the shower not strong enough. but again, it is still understandable because of water-saving shower heads everywhere now."

"Although the staff ran into some technical difficulties with the credit card reader, and the elevators are a bit small and claustrophobic, the staff was clearly dedicated to helping their customers check in and have a relaxing stay. I'd recommend this hotel to travelers looking to stay on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, or looking to see a Broadway show and stay overnight in the city."
