Full of warmth and personality, the house showcases a wealth of original features, including exposed beams and timbers, part-exposed sandstone and brickwork, and parquet flooring - creating an inviting and memorable stay.

The property offers four delightful double bedrooms. One enjoys added privacy with its own staircase from the kitchen, along with an en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are accessed via the main staircase and each features charming period details, such as exposed timbers and distinctive wall finishes.

At the heart of the home is a welcoming farmhouse-style breakfast kitchen, complete with a Belfast sink, tiled flooring, and an Aga-style cooker with a four-ring gas hob, perfect for preparing relaxed meals together. (Please note: the Rayburn is not in use.)

The family bathroom is beautifully appointed with a freestanding clawfoot bath, separate walk-in shower, and double wash basins. The en-suite bathroom continues this classic style, featuring its own clawfoot bath and period fittings.
