"Very accommodating, family owned motel. Price was VERY reasonable. Room was clean. AC blew cold. Fridge kept items cool too. New mirrors and furnishings in bathroom. GIGANTIC tv. Great location. Definitely a good place to hang your hat if you’re in town visiting. "

"Unfortunately didn’t really get to experience the facility’s amenities as we mainly used it as a place to stay for the local motorcycle rally, but I’d like to go back and do so. "

"Everything was absolutely great and just as described except... what is not mentioned, and what I think is the cabins greatest asset, is that it is totally isolated. You cannot see any other cabins in any directions. Even the road to the cabin is gently curved, blocking any view (few) cars going by. And very quiet, especially looking out over the stream that is just off the back porch. As older people, a grab bar in the shower would have been nice, and we pushed a few of the throw rugs around in to the corner to avoid tripping, but minor stuff. Wonderful isolated days surrounded by deep forest and a beautiful brook going by. Looking forward to our next visit!"

"Air conditioning worked great! The Front porches with rocking chairs are a very nice surprise and to sit out there morning or night is absolutely serene! All you hear is nature! We went horseback riding and that was amazing! To go through the trail through the trees and see the hills and wow what a view from the top! At night to look up at the stars is amazing! There’s so many, never seen anything like it! Breakfast was good with options and there’s a pool, fire pit! The town of Bandera is really close with many food, shopping options! Would definitely stay again! To top it off the staff is awesome!!!!!"

"One of best stays I’ve had at this house with my friends on a spring vacation, Derek Addressed any issues with the house with urgency and answered any questions I had. If you need a place to stay for any reason, this is THE place to stay. 10/10"

"The house was very clean all the rooms. Everything was nice and neat. Beautiful home a lot of history in that home Lisa was very, kind and helpful will be back next year."

" The kitchen was fuilly equiped with everything I needed to cook. The ac work very well, and the inside of the cabin was clean. It was very peaceful, just what i wanted. I am sure it gets busy in the summer time, but i chose the right time to make this trip. There was a fire ring outside the cabin as well as a a BQQ grill. The frio river is just a few feet away which was really great. Be sure to bring your own bed sheets, linens, and pillows."
