Staff was professional, helpful and kind.
However, when I booked the hotel room I paid for breakfast to be included for my stay, but was told upon arrival that breakfast for anyone beyond the first person would be an extra charge. Additionally I did not think the initial hotel registration made it clear the room I selected would be having a bed that was lower to the ground than normal.
