Thank you for your kind review and for highlight the fact that we are closed from 14 until 17 as we are not an hotel but a guest house. Anyway we always allow our guests in. During the day, out of reception hours, personally. You just need to call at the number on the door or giving us notice in advance of your arrival time through your travel provider. During the night instead we allow our guests in with our service of self check in. Kind regards la Joyita

Carissimi mi dispiace veramente che non vi siate trovati bene nella stanza che riservaste. Si tratta come specificato e ben descritta nell'annuncio della nostra stanza basica che è effettivamente piu piccola delle altre stanze e si trova al piano terra. È vicina alla reception e In alta stagione potrebbe sì essere rumorosa per il via vai di persone. per quanto riguarda la colazione avreste dovuto informarvi perchè con la tariffa standar invitiamo i nostri ospiti a fare colazione mentre con la tariffa non rimborsabile no. Ad ogni modo in terrazza mettiamo a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti una macchina automatica di caffè, un bollitore per il te, un tostapane, uno spremitore ed una centrifuga. Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio non esiste nessun alloggio nel centro storico di Tarifa con parcheggio privato. Noi siamo invece uno dei pochi stabilimenti con un parcheggio municipale a solo 50 m il quale costa 1€ all'ora e 12,50€ 24/h. da novembre fino alla settimana Santa è invece gratuito. Riguardo il prezzo della stanza, considerando che alloggiaste da noi in pieno Agosto non lo considero caro. Molto più basso della media. Efettivamente era il più basso e scommetto che per questo lo avete selezionato.. Vi consiglio per la prossima volta che verrete a Tarifa di scegliere un'altro periodo che non sia alta stagione, molto più economico e tranquillo e più che al prezzo fare attenzione alle descrizioni.
