It is a great place to stay for an overnight stop. The room is quite spacious and has basic facilities enabling self catering for breakfast. The adjoining pub has excellent food for a convenient dinner. The disappointment s are the lack of a mirror and the lack of extra pillows for comfort when watching tv in bed.

Easy parking. Very comfortable clean upstairs room. No lift. No staff on site, but will come straight away if you ring with a problem. The pub is three doors down. Great food. Check if you need to book a table as it's very popular.

Couldn’t fault our stay from checking in to departure, room was clean well equipped smelt fresh, everything worked and the hotel had great meals just a short walk away, for the price even though it is very old (1960s) it certainly was value for money for an overnight stay on our way to Queensland, wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
