"The cheap Chinese usb fridge was useless. The room was too cramp, the chair began to fall apart from simply siting in it. Everything felt weird and disjointed. Happy and polite staff but that's not enough. "

"Hotel is in good location right by square and staff were helpful. Room was clean. Parking was a bit of a pain and the parking area needs to be booked ahead of time. It’s around the corner from hotel. The room we were in had a wet room/accessibility shower. The curtain around it was inadequate to keep bathroom dry. Whole room ended up soaked every time one of us showered. FYI. Room is only serviced every other day. So needed to exchanged soaked towels ourselves. The room was missing the iron and the tap in bathroom stuck quite badly. Not a 4 star hotel. Was ok, but we would book elsewhere next time."
