"Checked in rather late to find instructions to accessing our cottage was all readily available. Spacious cottage, comfy bedding, table setup next to window with sunset views. Perfect quiet getaway with easy drive into town. We had the pleasure of meeting our friendly host Alby (The Tongan Rock). "

"A gorgeous, newly renovated two story small house within a 10-15 minute walking distance of Thames shops. I loved the sunny bedrooms upstairs which feel like you’re in the treetops.There is a proper kitchen and a washing machine, a small deck and easy parking. The host, Chris, is very helpful but not intrusive, and has a real eye for beauty in the house design and decoration, so it’s beautiful. One caution is the steep staircase, which would be difficult for anyone with balance issues. "

"It was amazing, I found everything to an excellent standard. I have stayed at a lot of motels and this motel is right up there. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. I would stay there again if I come back to Thames. You should give it a try."
