Relaxing Villa near Porec with Pool - Susanne

The beautiful Villa Susanne is located in the small village of Rosini, a perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

The house is an ideal holiday destination for two families.

Relax on the loungers by the crystal-clear pool or prepare a juicy barbecue on the terrace in the shade.

If you are adventurous, 3 free bicycles are available to explore the surroundings of this peaceful oasis.



The house is spread across the ground floor and first floor.



The ground floor features a lovely terrace overlooking the pool, a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.



The first floor also has a kitchen and living room, as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Via a staircase, you can access another bedroom in the attic, which is a perfect sleeping spot for children.



Babies can sleep for free in an available baby cot, and a high chair is also available.



Guests have access to a villa with four bedrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens, three bathrooms and a garden with a grill and pool.

Rosini (Nova Vas) is a small place, approximately 6 kilometres from Poreč, the largest nearby city. It offers peace and tranquillity and is still just a few minutes by car from everything you need.

Beautiful Villa near Porec

Pretty nice looking villa near porec. Everything as described and very good for evenings with family/friends in the villa. Shower downstairs tends to overflow, just change the shower get in, get a 5mm higher one.
