Cabin floor dirty - used a-tips, Bobby pins, etc on floor which tells us floor was not cleaned; trails are not easily accessible; felt restaurant food was priced too high.

The room was clean and well maintained and check in was a breeze! Had a frustrating time trying to use the TV's (Roku kept forgetting the wifi) but the amenities more than made up for it! Highland Manor Inn
We do love the property, and we enjoyed our stay. Only thing I will mention is for us the bed is too firm. Nothing wrong with that but, we prefer a softer bed.

This place is fairly new, it has more than what expected (dishes, soap, detergent, trash bags, refrigerator, microwave, paper towels, kitchen rags, dish washer and even a small stove. Private river access, at the gateway to the smokies in the heart of Townsend!
Our family was in town for my nephew's college graduation from nearby Maryville. We were very pleased with the property. We said if we visit near the area again, we would love to stay at the property again. It was clean and located near everything we needed.
