Our modern furnished and high quality equipped penthouse is located directly on the Elbe, in a very quiet location. It is 130 square meters groß.Die apartment is equipped with 2 flat screen TV in living room and bedroom. The modern fitted kitchen contains u. a. a 4-ring ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge freezer. The dining area is located in the light-flooded dormer with direct views of the Elbe. Bathroom with floor-level shower and tub.
In the garden there is a barbecue area with table and chairs. The manor house is located on the Elbe Cycle Route.

Wirklich tolle FEWO , sauber und mit perfekter Austattung. Große und helle Räume , ein Traumausblick vom Eßtisch in den riesigen Garten bis hin zur Elbe. Für einen eventuellen Regentag einen super großen Flachbild TV mit Netflix und allen sonstigen Hilight s. Eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für unsere E-Bikes war auch vorhanden.

Wunderschöne Lage an der Elbe

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und groß, geeignet für 4 Erwachsene. Die Einrichtung ist super. Gefehlt hat uns ein kleines Radio und eine Grundausstattung mit Gewürzen wäre schön.Der Essplatz mit Blick auf die Elbe ist traumhaft.

Sehr, sehr schön und empfehlenswert!!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt! Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und schön. Komplette neue Einbauküche mit allem, was man braucht. Wir haben täglich gekocht, das hat in dieser tollen Küche richtig Spass gemacht. Die Betten sind sehr gut und bequem und das Schlafzimmer ist großzügig und gut eingerichtet. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist sehr attraktiv. Vom Essplatz hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Elbe und die Auenlandschaft. Der Tisch mit den sehr bequemen Stühle und der traumhaften Aussicht war unser Lieblingsplatz. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön und sehr groß, mit alten Bäumen, verschiedenen Sitzplätzen und direktem Zugang zur Elbe. Einfach herrlich! Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, das war wunderbar erholsam. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Gutshaus liegt direkt am Elbradweg und wir haben die vielen Möglichkeiten genutzt, von da aus schöne Radtouren zu machen, Kultur (Kloster Jerichow, Tangermünde, Stendal, Straße der Romanik und vieles mehr) zu entdecken, viel Natur und die weite Landschaft zu genießen. Es waren sehr erholsame und inspirierende Tage. Uns hat es sehr, sehr gut gefallen und und wir würden jederzeit dort wieder Urlaub machen.

Sehr große und komplett ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. - gute und vollständige Beschreibung im Portal - sehr sauber und alles in einwandfreiem Zustand Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Polte sehr genossen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Storchenpaar war auch da.

Schöner Blick auf die "Alte" Elbe

Sehr gut ausgestattete, saubere Ferienwohnung in einem alten Gutshaus. Sehr modern und großzügig ausgebaute obere Etage. Es gibt einen großen Garten mit Blick auf die Elbe zur Nutzung, ruhige Lage in einem kleinen Dorf. Wir waren im Juli hier, bestes Wetter, sehr schöne Gegend, interessante Historie. Wir können diese Fewo weiter empfehlen.

Schöne FeWo mit tollem Garten und Ausblick

Die FeWo im Dachgeschoss ist sehr gut ausgestattet, geräumig und komfortabel. Sie ist gut für zwei Pärchen geeignet, allerdings sind die Schlafzimmer verschieden groß und sie besitzt nur ein Bad. Vom Essplatz aus und im großen Garten hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf die Elbe. Man muss etwas aufpassen, dass man sich im Dunkeln den Kopf nicht an den Fachwerkbalken stößt. Wir hatten hier traumhafte Tage, vielen Dank!

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung Komfortable, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingrichtete Feriewohnung. Der große Garten mit einen malerischen Blick auf die Elbe, lädt zum Relaxen ein. Wer Ruhe sucht, findet sie hier. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man die Gegend erkunden, der Elbradweg liegt unmittelbar vor der Tür. Alles sehr empfehlenswert !!! Ein großes Dankeschön an die Gastgeberin Frau Karwath .

Sehr schöne und sehr gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit malerischem Blick auf die Elbe. Ruhige und sehr einsame Umgebung. Der Radweg führt wegen Naturschutzgebiet abseits der Elbe durch Ortschaften. Ausflugsziele Kloster Jerichow und Tangermünde empfehlenswert

Wir verlebten eine schöne Urlaubswoche in einer tollen, sauberen und super ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist relativ zentral zu vielen Ausflugszielen von Tangermünde bis Stendal oder Magdeburg. Im Ort findet man außer Ruhe nichts. Die Elbe ist fußläufig in knapp 10 Minuten vom Grundstück erreichbar und sogar immer vom Esstisch zu sehen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter, die wir vor Ort kurz kennenlernten.

Toller Ausblick!

Wir hatten ein paar schöne ruhige Tage in der Fewo. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und die Ausstattung ist wirklich super. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! :)
