The hotel is old but clean. The team is friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was spacious but the beds are very soft and uncomfortable that we did not sleep at all. The mattress is very soft, lumpy and uncomfortable that we woke up with terrible backache. This ruined the overall stay which is a shame.

Kommunikationen i receptionen var dålig, vi hade bokat rum utan frukost via Hotels.com men blev debiterade ändå. Lite trist att vi inte blev informerade om det. Vi kontaktade hotellet som informerade oss om att vi var avbockade på listan, och påstod att vi ätit frukost vilket vi inte gjort, och att vi blivit informerade om sittningstider, med mera. Recepionisten var inte informativ överhuvudtaget, hälsade knappt varken vid ankomst eller avfärd.

Alles in allem eine glatte 2 frühstück top, personal nett, zimmer gut wenn auch die bettwäsche etwas in mitleidenschaft gezogen ist. Da sie löcher hatte. Und bei einem preis von 133 euro pro nacht hätte man schon gerne etwas mehr erwarten können. Aber das wäre zuviel des guten. Deswegen nur eine 2 statt eine 1.

Wir waren zum wiederholten Male in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel spiegelt das wunderschöne Ambiente der Stadt wieder. Eine sehr saubere, gemütliche und ruhige Unterkunft. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Eine gepflegte Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt von Tangermünde. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, die schöne Uferpromenade ebenfalls. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und liebevoll zubereitet. Einziger Minuspunkt: Der Fahrradschuppen erscheint mir nicht diebstahlsicher und für Bikes mit festverbautem Akku gibt es keine Lademöglichkeit.

Waren zu zweit über Silvester im Hotel. Es war schön ruhig und das Personal herzlich. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und die Stadt wunderschön. Können es nur weiter empfehlen. Einziges Manko: Das Bett war für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart. Sonst alles top!
