"This hotel is in a quiet side of CBD but still can walk to everywhere. They gave us an excellent room, very spacious with mountain view that I felt amazing. Bed is big n comfortable, good bathroom amenities (with shampoo, conditioner, lotions... made in Italy, not cheap ones made in China like other hotels), free coffee pods as well. Breakfast is not many choices but good quality. There are also free laundry facilities to use on level 10 and level 4, so it's very convenient if you travel for long periods. Cleaning service is provided on request, however there's no bin in the bedroom, only in the bathroom so it's not convenient if people want to skip the service. The management should look into this. However other than that thing, this hotel is a great choice in Adelaide."

"Its location is great, near everything. However the building is very old. We stayed in 2BRs apartment, the living area is big, but bedrooms r small, n both don't have windows. We booked this hotel due to it has on-site parking so it's more secure parking, but the car park is very small and steep. We also chose this apartment as it has washing machine and dryer, so it's very convenient. The reception closed at 5pm (even though it said 7pm) so if you come after that should let them know in advance. The staff who checked us out is quite friendly. We also concern about cleanliness as there are stain on pillow and bath towels"

"No parking used. The continental breakfast was plentiful and very fresh. The lady working on the day was delightful. Very pleasant on my arrival and farewell. She was constantly checking the breakfast items on offer and replenishing when needed. Great value for money if you are just wanting a light breakfast."
