"Very unique hotel, not like any others. beware that there are loads of tourists all throughout the day, many who will try to open your room door- this is to be expected. I utilized laundry services which were a good price and helpful. There is a cute cafe stand within the property. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The staff was helpful. I had an issue with cleanliness in my room, they allowed me to change no problem. I liked my experience here besides all the tourists"

"The hotel appears to be new. Everything is in very good condition. The room is comfortable and well appointed. The fitness center and pool are very large. The breakfast has a great assortment of asian and western foods. Each day they placed a roasted leg of lamb. Also, the staff were extremely helpful. I would stay here again without hesitation."

Dalat Palace Heritage Hotel

"The staff was on point with us, always asking if we needed anything and prepared to assist. The rooms were very clean. We were given fresh water every morning & a cute dessert every afternoon in the room. We were offered free breakfast and teatime buffet both were very tasty and offered a great selection of both food and drinks. The only negative is that there are a few areas needing touch up, ie: one of the doors in our room was broken. But overall, we enjoyed our stay."
