La habitación está bien, se veía limpia, solo que el clima, cuando lo encendimos olía un poco a humedad, pero de ahí en fuera todo muy bien, el desayuno está muy rico y completo, las señoras que están al servicio del bufet son muy amables igual que las chicas de recepción, en uno de los pisos hay una máquina de hielo, en lo personal nos gustó, solo estuvimos una noche. Tienen un centro comercial muy cerca, nosotros fuimos caminando, hay farmacias y Oxxo cerca.

Absolutely terrible. Expedia and the hotel do not communicate and give you the run around. The hotel tells Expedia there is no more vacancy but is willing to give us a room if we cancel with Expedia. This is absolutely unacceptable. After an hour of playing cat and mouse with the hotel and expedia, they sent us to another hotel down the street. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Una de las 3 habitación que ocupamos no tenía señal de cable, tuve que pedir cambio de habitación a una que si tuviera servico; otra de habitación tenía las llaves del lavabo viejas y se tenían que apretar muy fuerte para que no gotearan; la tercera estaba bien. El personal con mucha disponibilidad pero con poca capacidad de actuación, tuvo que aparecer la jefa para dar soluciones. El desayuno es malo, solo 1 día desayunamos de los 4 que estuvimos hospedados.
