"Everything was fine except for the rattling sound on the ceiling, where the ventilator is, that started only at night, when you wanted to rest. We reported it and hopefully by now the issue was solved. Breakfast was great, we also enjoyed the free activities. Staff was also very friendly and professional. Love so much the layout fo the pool area where a lot of shaded areas and pool beds. I will definitely recommend this property when you want to stay in Sanur area."

"The jacuzzi is on the top floor and kids love them. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly. Hotel offer a short ride to the square for shopping so it is very convenient. Nice food around the square and do try Warung Nia!"

"The whole hotel is kept in tip top shape, from the toilet to the garden. Everything you see on the website is how it is. Fantastic breakfast, well located in Sanur with great adjacent restaurants. This will become my default hotel for future trips."

"We recently spent a week in a pool villa at Ayung Resort and had an incredible time. The location is breathtaking, nestled right in the jungle, and we were thrilled to see monkeys and other wildlife right from our room. We were particularly impressed with the staff and the high level of service. The food was delicious and the spa was a wonderful, relaxing experience. Although some of the facilities are a little dated and could use some maintenance, this didn't detract from our stay. Overall, it was a very good experience and we left feeling completely rejuvenated"

Petri at the front service desk goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, pleasurable and will assist you with all inquiries. The resort is a lovely place even though some things look dated that is to be expected in the tropics, everything is clean, bed was very comfortable, 24hr room service, breakfast available till 11am, late checkout and the massage was sensational. Everything is there. Thank you to all staff for a great first time visit to Bali."

"It is in a quiet-er area of Sanur on a street filled with shopping, massage and dining options. Staff was very nice. Hint: for transportation, instead of using hotel-arranged expensive option, use Grab an Uber-like app used in Indonesia as well as Singapore"

"We had a plunge pool access room and it was so worth it . Loved not having to carry books , towels etc poolside as we could step straight into the plunge pool straight off our room . They are private from the public but not isolated . Breakfast was included with options for all dietary requirements "
