Good enough
The property is clean and bed comfortable. The issues: Front door has gaps and a secondary lock is not present Duct Tap around the bathroom window The TV is terrible. Bad speaker and green line across screen. The only couch is VERY well worn. It’s brown which probably hides the dirt. I come to Tampa often and this would not be my first choice.

Property was in very good condition, the area is a very safe one. But had issues with the Air Conditioning, it wasn’t working properly. The fan of the AC barely worked and it was not cool enough.

Very Clean, Very modern
All and all a great stay. The apartment was clean and as described. Easy check-in and check-out. It was conveniently located to all I wanted to do in Tampa, as well as to get things delivered. Neighbors were very friendly. I wish there was a a few extra blankets and towels, as well as a little more kitchen supplies but all and all good for a short trip. I would recommend picking a few things up for any extended stays. Great communication and accommodation all around. Would stay again.

perfect location
This property was perfect! My friend and I came down to visit some friends in Tampa but also hit the beach. The location is perfect, it's a quiet neighborhood but close enough to Soho, Hyde Park, and downtown! It is also just a short drive from the beaches so it was in a great spot. It also is super clean, and quite spacious! I would highly recommend
