Supposed to have free breakfast; didn’t even have coffee first day. Very poor choice other days. No coffee pot in room. Had to ask for towels for 3 people. No ven t fan for bathroom. Toilet paper holder too far from toilet. Will not recommend.

Our room AC was not working. Very hot in our room, had no refrigerator, the remote did not work. They switched our room and that room had no microwave but was a little better than the last room.

Arrived in evening.. had to ring a buzzer for attendant. Had to buzz three times she finally showed up. Directions to room was unclear so ended up driving around building to side entrance. The door lock was broken so we just walked in. Our room was a mess... broken light switch on wall lamp. TV was sitting on dresser, broken off wall mount. Bathtub was falling apart. Breakfast the next morning was a joke!! TERRIBLE!!!!! Outside was FILTHY... This was supposed to be Choice Hotel...IT WAS NOT,,far from their better hotels. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!

The lock on my door was falling off the door, there was grime in the shower which they claimed they can’t clean, there was mysterious white liquid on my table, dust on surfaces, crumbs on the floor, the beds looked like someone sat on them. When we tried to get our money back (my party rented two rooms and the other room was just as dirty) the manager said Expedia would have to refund us.When we contacted Expedia, they said the hotel was declining to give us our money back. It was a horrendous experience and the manager Robert is a liar. Would never recommend this hotel. I have pics of it all.

The bathroom floods because the bottom rail is installed backwards allowing water to escape. No ball end for the security lock. Only the lever. Hardware missing on furniture. Crumbs and spills between beds. Room clearly not fully cleaned. Bed skirts not clean. Wads of human hair between mattresses and walls. Breezes full of spiderwebs and nests.

Property was clean and in good shape for the most part. It can use a few paint and small repairs here and there but it didn't affect our stay. However Ebony that met us at the desk and helped us get settlea in was very nice and a great asset to the propwrty! We had a nice relaxing stay!

The place is in desperate need of repair and upkeep. The pictures do not represent the factual state of the hotel. The floors were not clean, the outside side door was never locked so anyone could just walk in and wander inside the hotel, the elevator was broken, the ice machine was broken, the stairs to go to 2nd floor was not very well lit and felt unsafe especially side the side entrance that was never locked was at the stair entrance. The beds were not even comfortable. Thankfully it was only 2 nights. Will never stay here again nor recommend this hotel.

It is fair for the price. What is a bad thing is that everyplace smell a cigarette, including hallway and some rooms . When I arrived the first room was terrible, so much cigarette smell . So, I asked to change my room which was promptly attended. The staff changed my room and the second one was ok.

The property is nice, does need an upgrade. The room is nice, needs a microwave. The bed needs to be changed has a whole in the middle. Other then that it was a nice place to stay for only one night

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. But, it was affordable and clean for the most part. We were on the second floor and the only elevator in the hotel was broken down. The person at the front desk said that they have not been able to locate the part. It sounded like it had been broken down for a while. The room was fine and appeared just the way it was on the website. They have a breakfast that ended at 9 am. We slept past that, so we missed it. I would consider staying here again.

The place you misrepresented to me most certainly left a lot to be desired. Not one to judge a book by it's cover, I gave the place the benefit of the doubt by doing a thorough walk throughout and immediately registered my displeasure in person to the owner and manager. They directed me to contact you for my refund which I did but You've not responded to my demand for a full refund, despite the fact that I had to book another package at Sadlebrook Resort. I'm on my way back to Toronto and trusting you'll have this resolved by the time my flight lands in Canada. Our door to our room would not lock. The halls were dirty. The rooms were disgusting. Staff was so rude. The room do not look like picture. This place is a dump. I would have gone somewhere else but there was no hotel available. I would never come back. This place is a definition of a crack hotel. Also the elevators were not working. Security well there was non.

Everything starting with the price. your webb site shunted me to a site to order a room list at $88.00 that I finally was billed $149.00. I will never stay at Rodeway Inns again and I will tell everyone who cares the sam thing.

Elevator not working. This is unacceptable especially for disabled people. Steps are dirty and dark. The only exit door was propped open allowing strangers to enter building unauthorized and unseen making the inside unsafe. The linens were old and dingy.

Old run down, hotel for drifters. Loose tiles in elevator, holes in sheet and stained towels. Room was dirty had to wipe off dresser - desk had mold on it. Tv didn’t even work properly. Hallways smelt like someone smoking pot, inspite of it being a smoke fee hotel . My daughter wouldn’t even stay. Kept stuff at the hotel but stayed at my daughters.

There were roaches everywhere it smelled horrible also the bed sheets had some black marking as if the bed sheets rubbed against something and the bathroom floor was not sweeper it had finger nail clippings by the trash
