This beautiful, renovated home includes amenities such as: indoor and outdoor seating with water views, Smart TV, High-Speed Internet and nearby boat launch. Your host has paid attention to every detail of this home to create a great guest experience. Your group will find ample space for dining, with a dining table with seating for all guests. The cozy space features three bedrooms and two bathrooms and smart TV with your favorite streaming services available. The relaxing yard area creates a Zen mood with its beautiful nature environment and water scenery. Your group can relax outside, cook dinner and then dine with a tropical view in the privacy of your own home.

3rd Party Bookings and Pre-Approval Required
a.) Third-Party Bookings: We do not allow third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the same individual who will be staying at the property. This ensures accountability and respect for our neighbors and property.
b.) Pre-Approval Required: Any booking request must be pre-approved. This helps us manage the impact on our neighbors and the property itself. Please provide detailed information about your group and the purpose of your stay during the booking process.
c.) VRBO for Work: For stays booked under the "VRBO for Work" category, prior confirmation is required. This allows us to evaluate the nature of the booking and the number of guests.

Guest Disclosure Policy:
To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all, all guests must be disclosed at the time of booking. Any undisclosed guests will result in a fee of $100 per guest, per day, and may also lead to non-refundable cancellation of the reservation at our discretion.

- The property includes two separate units with a shared dock, designated parking spots marked with signs, and individual rear patios for each unit. Both units share the dock on occasion, but each unit has distinct parking and outdoor areas to ensure privacy and respect for personal spaces.

This home is for vacation and residential stays only. It cannot be used to house construction crews, labor teams, or anyone performing work-related stays.
Any violation may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
-NO THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS.
The person who made the reservation must be present for the entire stay.
Bookings made on behalf of someone else are not permitted and may be subject to cancellation.
-Vehicle and Equipment Restrictions
No heavy-duty trucks, trailers, or equipment that may damage the property or surrounding areas are allowed.
Parking is limited to designated spaces only.
Do not block other units, driveways, or shared spaces.
Moving parking signs or altering property setup is not allowed.
-Property Care and Repairs
Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they found it.
Any visible damage caused during the stay—intentional or accidental—must be reported immediately.
Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications to the property are not allowed.
-General Conduct
Keep noise to a minimum to respect neighbors and other guests.
No unauthorized gatherings or events outside the scope of your booking agreement.
-Additional Restrictions
Boat dockage is not allowed at the private dock.
Please take care of the keys provided during your stay.
Solo travelers must clarify if they will have guests or additional vehicles.
Only one-ply toilet paper is allowed (stock will always be provided).
-Pest Control
A brief quarterly pest control service is in effect.
Service visits may occasionally overlap with active reservations.

Exterior security cameras are installed for the safety and protection of our guests and the property.
-Long-Term Stays
Long-term stays require a professional cleaning every 30 days.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly Prohibited inside the house. A $200 fine will be charged for any violation.
