The house was perfect for our brief stay while visiting family nearby. The host was very kind and shared a lot of detail about the improvements n the house. Nice view of the lake. Tons of bedrooms. More than we needed. Thanks

With the amazing lake view, this was a very peaceful stay. The host was quick to respond and fast acting with a situation that arose. The bath towels were the best I've had at a rental place. The place was a great size for our party and the pool table was a great way to unwind at the end of the day.

It was a great location for us with restaurants in walking distance and near the activities we wanted to do. Sitting outside overlooking the lake was really relaxing, with a nice deck and living area with pool table. Beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were good. The house and property does need some work that looks like it is underway, but it did not interfere with our visit. Host was easy to communicate with and responsive.

The lake view was amazing! However, we were not properly informed of the conditions of the stay. Also, there wasn't enough towels, wash clothes and dish rags. Also, we attempted to wash but the washing machine wasn't properly cleaned, i.e. there was hair and mildew inside. Thus, we went out and bought what we needed. Overall, a time was had!

Beverly Hillbillies and Green Acres property. Not a cabin. Kitchen cabinets; the flooring and roof needs repairing. The roof has a blue tarp on it.The beds was clean and firm…uncomfortable if you suffer with joint pain. Bedding was ok. No tvs in the bedrooms. Bathroom and shower were nice and clean…fancy toilets. One of the sleeper sofa leg kept falling off. Some of living area furniture needs replaced.Tons of mixed match towels and hand towels but no wash cloths. No extra toilet paper and large trash bags. The refrigerator was half filled with used food. Also the cabinets.Appliances seem to be fairly new. Central ac is inadequate for the size of the place and Florida hot temperatures. There is some type of vents operated by remote control that pushes the air into several rooms and window units. Unfortunately, two bedrooms with the fancy ventilation were hot.Back porch is great. Backyard over grown and neglected. Lake was extremely low. We tread through high weeds and grass to fish from areas that had piles of old debris…beware of snakes and gators.The gentleman next door gave us permission to fish off his dock. He also put a chair out for my 77 yo husband. We requested to rent the boat. The owners gave us permission to use it for that day free of charge. We trolled just in the cove by the property. Communication with the owner was great. We were there for three days and the place fit our needs. It’s a poor man paradise and a middle class man nightmare!
