Here you can relax and enjoy a comfortable space for your next getaway. Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located condo less than 20 mins from the airport and Busch Gardens. This condo has everything you need to enjoy a cozy stay from a stocked coffee bar to the community pool and fitness area steps away from this ground level unit. Travel workers, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy as well. The nearest hospital is 10 mins away. Please review the guestbook upon your arrival that’s located on the coffee table. Pets are welcome BUT NOT ON ANY FURNITURE PLEASE!!! For stays longer than 30 days, the HOA requests a tenant/rental lease agreement which I already have if needed.

No more than 3 guests at a time. Do not tamper with the smoke alarm, ring camera or any other fixtures. Violations will incur $300 fee.

Please do not lower AC below 68 to prevent risk of freezing the unit. Charges will incur should this happen during your stay.
