Studio unit at Little Harbor Beach Resort. The unit has a beautiful water view from the balcony. Bay front. Beach is only a one minute walk. Two queen beds, sleeps 4. Restaurant and bar across the street.

The studio has two queen size beds, dining area for (4), plus sofa chair and ottoman. Very comfortable space layout for 4. Unit has a microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot with reusable filter, small counter for preparing coffee or small meals. Small cabinet with wine glasses, 4 glasses, 4 small plates, coffee mugs and silverware. Blender and toaster may be requested in advance if needed.

Please view photos. The building is located right in front of the bay , steps from the beach, pools and restaurants. The unit itself is facing the river (and you catch the SUNRISE!) where the water is calm, you can watch the mangroves, manatees, dolphins, sail boats, fishing boats, kayaking, paddle boarding, beautiful catamarans and pontoons peacefully riding by :) walk around the building and head down to the giant Pier to get a photo at the Pier. A must!

The unit is right next to the pool, laundry mat and the restaurants are also about 1-2 mins away, Tiki Bar by the beach (live music daily for a couple of hours) and a full bar by the canal as well. Very easy to have a chill vacay here.

This is a Caribbean-Style Family Community full of private amenities and activities for our guests! Centrally located in Tampa Bay and near many award winning beaches! We allow Instant Bookings and our guests can easily check in using our self check in process. No need to meet anyone. Our homes are all professionally cleaned after every check out, you can feel comfortable in a clean environment.

Walk down to the Private Beach and catch a peaceful nap! (1-2 minute walk within the community and free parking if you choose to drive). Take a dive or layout by our outdoor pool with canal views as boats cruise by. Order a poolside drink from Hooks Bar & Grill. Want a more calm poolside experience, walk a few steps to another pool option that is fenced in and quieter.

Feeling hungry? You have options! Hooks Bar & Grille is steps away and offers a full lunch and dinner menu with indoor and outdoor seating. String light patio seating with stunning waterway views. Don't want to miss the Sunset? Walk down to the Tiki Bar and Sunset Grille! Another great restaurant option with a full bar and Caribbean-American Cuisine. Want a memorable selfie? Walk down to the Pier to catch an amazing sunset with incredible skyline views of Tampa Bay! Kick off your shoes and walk down our cozy beach, private and family friendly.

Not ready for bed yet? Stay for live music! String lights come on and the live entertainment begins. Enjoy the sound of an acoustic guitar, sing along to popular tunes while feeling the breeze of the ocean hit your face.

Tomorrow is a new day, what else can you do? Endless options! Go fishing, kayak or paddle board! Take a guided boat tour or join a fishing tour. Rent a golf cart and explore the community. Want to visit the small islands? Rent a jet ski and take a ride to the privately owned but open to public, Beer Can Island! It has a floating Tiki Bar! Need a workout? Want to explore outside of the community? Where should we begin?! For family fun, we recommend going to Busch Gardens, Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park, Children's Museum, Top Golf and Dave and Busters! Want to explore our Tampa Bay beaches? Pack your car, load the beach gear and head to Sarasota beaches, Bradenton beaches, Saint Pete Beach or Clearwater Beach! It's worth the drive, plan to stay the whole day! There is so much to do! Then come back to our peaceful community and enjoy the quiet, traffic free life at the end of the day.

Want to enjoy Tampa Bay but also visit Disney? Make the drive! It's worth it! Our homes are large and cozy for families, hard to find a deal like this near Disney. Many families book here and drive to Orlando. Here is a secret, Orlando doesn't have the nice beaches we have :) Stay here and drive to Disney for the day! That is the best way to get the best of both worlds! Tropical beach days and Mickey Mouse ears! After all, you already are in Florida! Make the best of it!

FAQ's:

1: This studio is across the street from Beach, Restaurants, Tennis Courts, Fitness center, Pools, Fishing Pier and so much more! Golf Cart rentals available through third party vendor.

2: 1 minute peaceful walk through the community down to the private beach, restaurants and amenities.

3: We offer cots, high chairs, Pack N Play, baby gates and Grill rentals (when available)

4: Our homes are SELF-SERVE, guests are advised to bring their own consumables. What do we provide? We provide towels, linens, a fully equipped kitchen and all furnishings. Utilities, free Wi-Fi, free Parking and access to all amenities! Additionally, when we prepare the studio for our guests, our cleaning crew leaves toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen, 3 trash bags, dish detergent, 1 sponge and /shampoo/conditioner/hand soaps.

5: How does check in work? We send guests the door code the morning of their arrival. Once you enter the unit, you will receive a parking pass, 1 pool card and Wifi Information.Our unit also has a binder filled with information about the area, emergency contact numbers, house rules, community rentals and Tampa Bay activities.


The Community is located on 125 Acres of land, has a Private 1/2 mile beach, Hotel/Resort with Spa and Beauty Salon, 2 Waterfront Restaurants with Tiki bar & evening live entertainment, large heated pools, 2-outdoor Jacuzzis, 4-Tennis courts, Volleyballs Court, 2-full service Marina's with 260 boat slips, and 250- foot long fishing pier.
