The pull out couch turns into a comfy Queen sized bed, so the place can easily sleep 4 people. 3 minutes from Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, a shopping mall, and more! Easy access to 275 so you can be in Downtown Tampa, Saint Pete or the beaches in no time! There are 4 major hospitals less than 4 miles away. USF is only 6 minutes away.

Don't forget to bring any special cooking essentials like oils, spices, etc that you will want to use to prepare your meals. We have salt and pepper available for you to use.
Laundry
- Laundry in the complex (about 15 feet away) but NOT located directly in the house
- Detergent and Fabric Softener is not provided. Don't forget to bring if you're planning on using the washer.

If you are a smoker please smoke outside and please throw away the cigarette butts.

-- Visitors may not stay overnight.
-- Quiet hours after 10:00 p.m.
-- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please be respectful of this time.
You will have full access to the whole house, yard, and designated parking space in front.
There is a Publix grocery store, Walgreens and CVS 5 minutes away by car. There are a few local restaurants all 3-5 minutes by car as well. There is also a Wells Fargo and Bank of America a few minutes away.
