Came to Tampa for a football game at Raymond James Stadium and the location was perfect. Walking distance & felt very safe walking the neighborhood. Property was clean and recently updated. Amenities very close to as described in listing. Would definitely stay here again. Looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent location for our trip. Comfortable clean home. Good cook and dish ware for several home cooked meals with basic spices. Some toiletries provided. Xtra box fan was available for the hot person in group. Communication with Spencer was definitely top notch from start to end. Would rent again.

The best place I have stayed at

Hands down the most beautiful and amazing house I have lived at. Spencer was an amazing host too. Very considerate and willing to help you out a lot. The house was so beautiful, I was considering offering Spencer to buy it. Well stocked kitchen in terms of utensils, nice beds and very aesthetically amazingly decorated house. I would come back to Tampa just to stay at this house

Walking distance to Raymond James Stadium

This home worked out well for our group of friends and our daughters that attended a concert at Ray James Stadium. It was perfect! We didn't have to pay for parking or fight the traffic going or leaving. We felt safe walking as there were a lot of other people walking as well. I would definitely stay here again. Spencer was a great host and was attentive to our needs. He communicated well since the day we booked it.

Amazing Trip

This place was incredible. Very spacious and great backyard space which wasn’t pictured so it was a nice treat when we walked in. The location was great as we were close to all the attractions we wanted to go to throughout the weekend. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if I’m in the area.
