Hotel Haya
Valet remembers you, hotel staff is great, they clean your room every day. Highlight of the trip was the Cuban croissant at the cafe… so good. The only issue at the property were the bartenders. The patrons were getting upset and it took the staff 10 minutes for every round of cocktails.

This hotel is less than 10 minutes from the Tampa cruise port, making it a perfect choice for cruisers. They offer a pay as you go breakfast menu. I ordered the Greek yogurt bowl, and it very good. The staff at the desk was helpful, and the housekeeping team was friendly.

Not what I expected for almost $300 a night Staff was friendly but couldn’t get a straight answer out of anyone regarding where/what we could use our $30/day credit on.
