"There was poor internet access and not able to watch any tv shows for almost a week!!! At outdoor kitchen were infested with lot of ants.And those dishes were not even cleaned and stored away. Bathroom dirty towels were even reused in bathroom cabinet without changing for fresh cleaned towels. Also at nights, there were loud noises including loud music and conversations right next to our cabin. Very distrurbing noises thru the nights..will never use this resort ever again.."

As good as the food was (save for the cold soups), the options were very limited. This was unacceptable given we were the only guests and the menu was not extensive at...

"The property has traditional Bali structures and is stunningly beautiful next to rice fields on either side terraced into hillsides. There are two lovely infinity pools, one overlooking the rice fields. The staff are lovely and welcoming. Balinese massages were great. The manager Doni is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for seclusion away from crowds and commercialism. "

"The rooms were not clean. There was cobwebs and spiders everywhere, in the bedrooms and eating areas. Quite a frightening experience. The other problem was there is no direct road access to the hotel, cars will have to stop outside along the roadside and the luggage and bags will have to be unloaded at the roadside. We had to walk about 5-10 mins to the hotel, amidst the padi fields while the hotel staff helped to bring our luggages via a motorbike. It’s a nice walk if it’s in the morning, but...

The stuff went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% comfortable at all times. The food is delicious. Definitely try spa services and the flower bath. I will definitely be back!! "

"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty.
