The staff were very helpful, kind, and respectful, and clean towels and bathroom amenities were provided daily. Limousine bus (fto and from Haneda) dropped us off and picked us up literally a few steps away from the hotel! GREAT LOCATION!!!"

"As always, wonderful front desk staff and clean rooms. I ran into the housekeeping staff for the first time in years, and they were so friendly and kind! I also checked out the laundry room for the first time, although I didn't use it--I think it's such a nice amenity to have. I also love the little items available in the room, like the hair elastics and green tea powder sachets."
