"This hotel was great! Good location and breakfast area was kept clean and filled… only downside to this hotel I would say it is not soundproof. Was able to hear the cars outside. besides that hotel was fantastic "

"Overall a no frill hotel room and it was sufficient for our needs. The room was minimally decorated with just one pillow (we had the standard twin bed room) - it felt like a school dorm room, and the bathroom had a weird layout which made it feel tight getting in and out to use the toilet. Having said that - it was clean, quiet, and the best part of the room was the bathroom shower had great water pressure! (We noted there was no blow dryer so thankfully we had our own). We had dinner at the hotel - it was very busy and no much staff to serve us. We ended up leaving the money for our food on the table after we ate as there was no one around. The food itself was good. We only needed this hotel room for a night to end our trip in Morocco - we checked in at 6pm and we were out the next day for an early morning flight. The free shuttle to the airport is a huge part of why we booked this place and the shuttle was punctual (6am sharp!). The drive to the airport was just 5 mins which worked great for us. To summarize - this hotel hits our requirements. It’s a no frill hotel that is clean, simple, quiet and location to the airport is great! "

"The Hyatt Regency Casablanca is an absolutely beautiful hotel! The staff was exceptionally helpful and the breakfast was amazing! My only issue was that my bathroom had drain issues both in the shower and the sink which was a minor annoyance and I’m sure could have been repaired quickly if we were staying for a longer visit. The facilities and the hotels location could not have been better. I will absolutely stay at the Hyatt Regency Casablanca on our next visit!"

"Assigned to a room where the AC was broken. Had to report it twice. After second request in person at the front desk a workman showed up who told me it was broken and couldn’t be fixed. Front desk offered top to change my room”the next day”. "
