"This is a great place! They are newly renovated cottages. Our room was clean and spacious with beautiful decor and lots of conveniences. The kitchen was fully stocked. Ready for preparing a meal. There is a large table for dining and a chair for relaxation. It is close to Lakeside and Zorbaz for dining also. There is a nice view of the lake with access if you’re visiting in the summer. I would highly recommend a stay at Beachfront Haven! "

"We enjoyed so many aspects of our family vacation on the Island! First, we were on an Island! on the most beautiful lake we've ever encountered. We enjoyed the sauna, lake toys and spending family time together. Two frigs is a bonus! Rikka was responsive in handling any concerns that came up and we would love to return to the Island some day. I would ask about Finicky Freida, the pontoon is basically just a vehicle to transport items from the landing to the Island. I am fortunate to have a handy Motor-knowing hubby who could manage the outboard quirks...but, it would be really challenging for a novice. Rikka said they would be looking into retiring her... I would ask if the issues have been addressed before renting it. But if you just want to get your items to and front the Island...this will work. Overall, it was a fabulous week and I would recommend this experience. We loved the lake, nature, are attractions and experience! Also, a Friday to Friday stay was nice as it gave us the weekend to regroup and head back to the grind. "

"This property is misleading. There isn’t a beach area to swim in, play at or dock your boat. The large hill and lack of accessible boat dock restricted the older men in our party from getting in the boat so they watched from the patio. The room with bunk beds had ants, not great for the kids. The bathroom toilet had a leak, which lead to a perpetual wet rug. We made the best of our stay and time spent with family but this little cabin needs some TLC and an updated description. "
