We are so blessed and thankful to meet such a wonderful staff like Satya, Aris, Mede, Degus, Pande, Cynthia and among others who all were so attentive, helpful and friendly!! This is a real relaxation vacation for me and my hubby. The plunge pool, the hot stone tub and the sounds of nature from the balcony were quite a lovely relaxing experience. Peaceful area with a great open restaurant with many options, vegan and not. The morning power smoothie is a plate, not a drink and I had it all three mornings. The access road to the hotel was rough when we visited but once you visit Bali you'll understand that every property or hotel has bad access.
