"There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. "Rooms, especially bathrooms, are tired - cracked basin, shower head won’t stay up. Cleaned by housekeeping, but fundamentally a bit grimy. Front desk absolutely terrible; slow and unfriendly. Lifts are a mess, invisible behind pillars. Breakfast over-crowded."
