Industrial Modern Studio in the heart of Tallahassee, Walking distance to Doak Campbell Stadium, Madison social, and all college town restaurants and nightlife. This is the perfect stay for game days or to visit FSU which is a 5 minute walk to campus. Bring your bicycles and your a 10 minute bike ride to the Railroad square arts district, Cascades Park and all government buildings in downtown. You could not ask for a better location in Tallahassee Florida. Extremely comfortable king bed.

Great Location

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place has everything you need and the location is great. The bed is super comfortable and I love the full kitchen. I even extended my stay for one more day. I’ll definitely be returning back. Host is very responsive too!

Nice little place

My daughter and I enjoyed staying in this room. The bed was comfortable and the TV had many options to watch plus the kitchenette was a plus. Loved the closeness to FSU which was the purpose for our visit.

Great place to stay very close to FSU

I spent a couple of days in Tallahassee helping my son to move. The apartment have all you need, the kitchen is very complete. The instructions to arrive were very exact step by step.

Couldn't ask for better!

I really want to give this property 1 star, selfishly, in hopes it deters others from staying so it's always available for our trips to Tallahassee, but I couldn't in good conscience. You truly couldn't ask for better as a couple going to a Noles game! Will definitely book again!

Basic accommodations

This property was just as advertised: a one bed studio apartment. The finishes were fine but simple. It seems to be an old motel that was converted, but it’s location couldn’t be better to walk FSU’s campus.
