The house was in a good location for anything Tally.. we had a weeding and really just needed a place to stay, but the house offered more than we expected. most importantly the house was clean and linens and towels.. there are lots on beds and we slept great! Thank you

Nice, but....
The good: Location was great, neighborhood was older but nice. Fenced back yard was a plus and we enjoyed the little fire pit. House has some nice upgrades but still needs work. Not so good: Communication with the host was slow to none. AFTER we paid, we were told the top bunks had a max wt limit of 75 lbs. It worked for us, but what if you reserved this for 12 adults or had older kids? There was not a single trash bag for the kitchen-not even one in the can. I searched every single cabinet and drawer in the house. When I inquired about where they might be stored, I was told "Well they should be under the kitchen sink." As if I hadn't looked there. And then no offer of getting us some, nor an apology for the inconvenience. There was no dish cloth, sponge or scrubber to clean dishes. And trust me, you will want to wash the dishes before use. The pans were absolutely disgusting. There was no cleaner of any kind other than a tiny bottle of cheap Palmolive. Nothing to sanitize counter tops after food prep. Other than coffee cups, the drinkware was all plastic and all had a cloudy film on them. Very unappetizing. AND THERE IS NO REGULAR COFFEE POT! Just a Keurig with 3 pods provided. So we had to go out and buy trash bags, cleaner, a sponge and coffee pods our first night. The carpet on the stairs hadn't been vacuumed, the floors needed to be swept and were dirty. I put on a new pair of white socks after arriving, and by morning the bottoms were brown.

Would not recommend this property Could not get into property had to wait hrs before property manager was able to provide correct door code No internet service including no TV service No warm or not water Broken BBQ grill Broken outside furniture had to buy chairs to sit outside Stove only had hot level so unable to cook on stove top Not clean Very very disappointing would strongly not recommend!

The Nice House!
Enjoyed our stay! Took about an hour to get a lock code that worked, other than that...good times for sure! The nice house still needs to repair/replace the sliding glass door. 2nd time we have stayed here and we will stay here next time (if it's available.)

no internet
first day, let property manager know that the internet was out to which she replied, that's never happened before. we'd reset, checked cables etc., she did call comcast but they only reset it remotely and we continued to experience problems. again, was told comcast showed we were connected so forwarded pics of no internet screens. no one likes their isp but that's no reason to blame the guest. we just relocated and needed internet to connect to services, etc., the property is clean and decent, but the back deck needs work (a handy man was out and fixed one plank and said he would talk with the manager about other necessary repairs.) also arrived to a full garbage bin and no access. the manager did respond quickly to let us in. this is managed by dmb properties. i've had good luck with those managed by evolve. go there first.

Great family home
The garage was an entire gameroom. That was a pleasant surprise... Everything inside was modern and very well updated.... The owner reached out and was very responsive with booking this place.. I look forward to booking this listing in the future
