"This property was great for our stay in Tallahassee. Close to FSU campus, plenty of room and clean. Steve was extremely responsive."

"Property was as advertised. Very easy commute to Florida State University which was the purpose of our trip. Very nice Thai takeout across the street too. "

The description was inaccurare saying like new. The floor is week in spots, showing possible water damage. The screen entrance door was lacking screen. The location was questionable. The parking lot was covered in trash. The pool was not open when it clearly stated it was on the description. "
