"Brad has great communication and provided spot on directions to access the unit. The outside was clean, there is a brand new fence surrounding to entire property, and the parking sport is conveniently located to the unit. The unit looks EXACTLY like the photos and it was SPOTLESS!!!! It was the right temperature, is inviting in every way, and has comfort level turned all the way up past 10. I don't know whose makes the mattress but I want one for my own home now. I slept super sound and appreciate that there were black out drapes. The location is amazing! You can walk or drive to the college and shops and downtown is just around the corner. 10/10 would like to stay here again and would recommend to others. Having 2 separate bedrooms for the same cost as 2 beds in 1 room is so valuable!"

"We stayed at this two-bedroom, one-bath home for a weekend trip to attend an FSU football game, and it was perfect for our group of four adults. The house had plenty of space for everyone, and all the amenities we needed were onsite. Everything was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable.The location is fantastic—very close to the stadium and campus. We chose to drive and park for the game, but it’s definitely walkable if you prefer.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely book this home again for our next FSU game weekend.
