"I was looking for a rental that was within walking distance to Doak Campbell stadium for the Savannah Bananas game and this was perfect! It was an easy walk to and from the game. The beds were comfortable and I liked that there was a ceiling fan and tv in each bedroom. The living area was also comfortable and the kitchen had just what we needed to prepare meals and snacks during our stay."

First off — LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. You could not ask for a better spot if you’re heading to FSU’s stadium. Being that close made game day effortless and stress-free. And when the final pitch was thrown? Collegetown was right there waiting with tons of bars and restaurants to keep the good vibes rolling.The condo itself was exactly as described — charming, clean, cozy, and comfortable. The queen bed was perfect after a full day of Banana Ball energy, and the space had everything we needed (WiFi, AC, hair dryer — all the essentials covered). No surprises, no hidden fees, just a smooth experience from start to finish.Matt was a fantastic host — super responsive and easy to communicate with whenever I had a quick question.
