The hotel had a great garden area with farm to table available. It is remote so limit local food choices, but the hotel restaurant was nice. Staff was nice. Refrigerator kept unplugging when unit is pushed flush so had to leave it sticking out to run.

This place had such beautiful and well-maintained facilities they can be very proud of. We really loved the breakfast, and how options changed everyday. Our room and bed were massive. They really made the effort to make it as eco-friendly as possible.

The staff is accommodating. We have some requests, though, at the hotel wherein it would take another phone call to get done. But overall,it was a great stay. They serve good food at their resto as well. The service crew are really nice and make sure you are taken cared of. My husband and his frjend who are both from the US, enjoyed it there. Nice beds great rooms. We love that it is far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The property is a great place to stay. My room was nice and big, the toilet and the shower are nice. The WiFi or the internet connection was horrible, as if there is none. You cannot connect, the signal strength needs to be fixed. I don’t think there is internet connection.

The property was undergoing some renovations. They were some work on the parking lot which created dust and crowding on the property during our stay on April 19th to to 24th. Our room was upgraded to a suite with an early check-in. We commend the staff for their excellent service from the front desk, servers at the restaurant where we had buffet breakfast, housekeeping and maintenance. The suite room that we had would need minor improvements, the cherry wood flooring had white strips. The decor is a bit dated and had a leak under cabinets of the bathroom sink which was remedied on the second day of our stay. I would come back and stay at the hotel because of the great hospitality of the staff which the highlight of our stay. Kudos to the management for their great staff and hope they do something on the items that we raised.

We like - good location, near highway and airport, not as busy as Bacolod, lots of trees/greens outside, delicious local breakfast. Don’t like - small parking area for hotel guests staying overnight because hotel accommodates day guests, construction going on. Don’t like - front desk staff agreed to my request for free cottage at pool area for one day use, I was informed later that cottages are not free, no freebies for 7-day stay. Don’t like - no facial tissues at room, not part of supply for guests; defective organic shampoo container, fixed after a few days of follow-up; only one tissue paper for three beds a day in room and I need to request more; presence of small ants in spite of good clean-up by staff and us, poor pest control/maintenance.

Amazing Stay
I stayed at Nature's Village Resort for 10 days and what a pleasureable stay it was. The staff could not have been better, professional but also friendly. I also had them put a party on for my fiancee and they could not have put a better party on from the food to the decorations. Just sooooo pleased. I will be staying there again in the near future and look forward to their beautiful setting. I just can't say enough nice things, period!!!!

The location is free from pollution and noise, and you can even hear the birds chirping it’s so natural! The hotel name speaks for itself Nature’s Place! I will come back here for sure!

Peaceful and quiet...
A slightly worn property that could use a little fluffing up but certainly a great value for the price. Exceptional staff. Very friendly, efficient, polite. Not much around as the property is somewhat isolated. Make sure to have the Grab ride hailing app on your phone. Small shopping mall with a couple if restaurants about 0.6 km from property. Easy walk along flat terrain. Restaurant on site with decent nenu. Busy with weddings and receptions but very quiet by 2000 hours. Couldn't get the satellite TV to work, so that was a bit of a disappointment. Overall a nice place to stay and a good place to escape for awhile.

Overpriced and overrated by previous guests.
Definitely not a 9+ star hotel, and overpriced. Nice garden and pool, but considering this was the most expensive hotel available in the area on hotels.com I'd expect a much better bathroom and toilet. A cockroach in one of the rooms 2 days in a row. The rooms have good size, but old and very cheap bathroom and toilet. No adjustment on the shower, low water pressure. Just a hook on the wall for the shower head. Plugged toilet for no apparent reason, but was fixed while we were out. Breakfast was average, or below. Buffet with a few simple warm dishes. Plus for adobo one of the days. Ok Internet, when it's working, but unstable and need to enter a new code to use at least twice a day, even though they say it should work for 24 hours. Dinner was OK, not impressive. Overall a fine place to stay, for half the price they are asking..

Il resort è immerso nel verde di piante bellissime, abbiamo avuto un'accoglienza molto calda, e lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, ti fa sentire come a casa tua. Sono rimasto impressionato per la meticolosa pulizia e manutenzione delle camere. Se volete riposare e poi scoprire l'isola, è perfetto per voi.

I really liked Nature's Village. It is beautiful grounds, two swimming pools, but unfortunately they close the pools at 7 pm. I do not like that. I like to do activities during the day and swim at night. They also had a very weak selection for their breakfast buffet.

使えないバスタブが、なぜそこに有るの？
受付、従業員の接客態度はとても良かった。デラックスタイプで、バスタブが付いているのだが、給湯切り替えをバスタブ側にすると、湯が出ない。　シャワー側にすると湯は出るのだが、湯量が極端に少なく使い物にならない。ベッドのライトは暗すぎて、本が読めない。　チェックアウトの時、支払いが終わっていないと言われた時には、何で？とカチンと来た。　１０分ほどで解決したが、誠に感じの悪いトラブルだった。　全体としては、好印象だった。　庭も広く、最大の利点は静かであったこと。また、利用したい。
