Nice exterior, room is dirty and smelly

The pool and the beach are nice. Beach towels are provided. The room was kinda run down. It smelled of a moldy underground cellar, the wall was cracked and paint was bubling off. The faux leather of the chair was really worn, sheets had holes. One big towel smelled and had brown stains on it the other was really frayed with loose strings dangling from the edges. The worse part was the washing room. There were poop stains on the outside of the toilet (Yes, it could be wiped. No, I didn't want to know that). The shower tiles seams were moldy - yes, it was also easily swiped of at least to some extend. The rain shower head was missing the silicone part, that helps to control the water flow and to makes it more smooth.

Ruhige Lage am Strand. Fußläufig alles gut erreichbar. Weniger toll war das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss...alles wurde/blieb sehr feucht, es roch nach Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel, trotz Klimaanlage. Nach Wechsel ins Obergeschoss angenehmes Zimmerklima. Allgemein hat die Klimaanlage keine leise Funktion für Nachts.

Nice, but a bit pricy

Been here before and it's pretty decent with a nice beach and okay breakfast buffet. A bit pricy for what you get. They rebranded to kokotel with more focus on sustainability it seems. Don't miss the best lunch and dinner place to the left of the hotel, Cafe and bar. Great food and very low prices.

Es gibt in den Zimmern keine Schränke, Kommoden bzw. Regale für die Kleider. Nur 4 Kleiderbügel. Unsere Sachen waren 2 Wochen im Koffer. Die Lage ist gut Frühstück mäßig. Die Liegen am Strand sind zu wenig und immer belegt. Es gibt eine Whatsapp communication aber habe keine Antwort erhalten. Es gibt in der Umgebung viel schönere Anlagen.

Kokotel januari 2025

Bodde här i nästan 2 veckor tillsammans med familjen, barn 3 och 6 år. Perfekta och supersköna sängar som var rymliga nog för en vuxen och ett barn att få plats. Ganska smalt och litet rum men inget som var ett problem, vi hade nämligen en vagn med som tog en del plats för oss. Trevlig och vänlig personal. Hade problem med ACn en dag, åtgärdades direkt. Pool-handduk tillgänglig samt filtrerat vatten. Enkel pool, sköttes varje dag av personalen. Fanns både djup och grund del. Saknade dock en restaurang/bar i närheten av poolen, hade varit trevlig att kunna köpa dricka/mellanmål Där. Fanns två bra restauranger precis utanför samt ett litet supermarket. Restaurangen till hotell serverade frukosten och även middag/lunch. Mkt bra standard på matutbudet. Omelett fanns varje morgon, färsk frukt, yoghurt och grönsaker. Även varma rätter. Lite tråkigt utbud på bröd, fanns endast toastbröd. Ca 50 meter till stranden, mkt träd och palmer Som ger skygga. Fanns solstolar att låna i anslutning till restaurangen, men ganska få. Fin strand, ganska mkt vågor men barnen tyckte det var kul. Lång strand, mkt bra för promenader och samla snäckor. Lugn stämning. Toppen hotell med toppen läge!

ชอบมากกกกก ดีมากกกกกกก ส่วนตัวมาก แต่ห้องไม่เก็บเสียงเสียอย่างเดรยวจริงๆข้างห้องเปิดทีวีหรือกิจกรรมอะไรได้ยินทะลุมาเลยคนข้างนอกเดินคุยก็ได้ยินเข้ามาในห้องเสียอย่างเดียวจริงๆ อย่างอื่นผ่านหมด ชอบ อาหารเช้าเริศศศ !!!!

Super hotel avec piscine et plage tout près. Un petit déjeuner très bon. Des petit restaurant autour et le centre de Khao lak a 5 min à pied. Très calme car éloigné de la route principale. Vraiment au top et pour un prix vraiment bon. Recommandations a 100%

Betonbyggeri, der ikke er gennemhærdet, så ting tager skade, værelset virker fugtigt, men det er flot design. Mangler dog skabe/skuffer til opbevaring. Besværligt at få ombyttet til rent strand-pool håndklæde. Da familiemedlem blev indlagt på hospital i Thailand, og vi derfor måtte flytte hotel, ville Suwan ikke refundere noget for de tabte nætter, hvis de ikke kunne få udleveret lægejournal, hvilke oplysninger er meget personlige og ikke kommer Suwan ved.

Mycket bra!

Mycket bra hotell. Fina och moderna rum, otroligt sköna sängar för att vara i Thailand. Bra läge och nära till havet. Solnedgång från balkongen och bra service överlag. Bra, men litet, ”poolområde” men saknade en bar eller liknande för att inhandla någon dryck eller någon mat där. Bra frukostbuffé vid havet. Mitt enda minus är hotellets solsängar vid havet som man inte kan flytta på utan ”står fast” och därmed i skuggan fram till 13:00. Stranden saknar även fristående solstolar så man får nöja sig med handduk direkt på sanden om man vill jaga sol.

Underbar vecka med grus i maskineriet.

Trevligt hotell på en trevlig plats på en bra del av stranden. Tyvärr så har man missat något då man byggde avloppet... På vårt rum luktade det emellanåt som det kan göra på en offentlig toalett, personalen försökte så gott de kunde att rensa golvbrunnar och så men... bra blev det inte. Annars ett bra semesterställe.
