"Perfect location for a relaxing stay and brilliant team of people providing fantastic and considered service.
However the condition of the rooms from repair point of view is bed, broken tiles, rotten wood fittings, and even plastic plates for service lets it down otherwise a great escape!"

"the gym was super dirty and there were no towels which is not acceptable in a 5 star hotel.
the service forgot things several times
