A lovely homely ryokan. The front desk staff were very helpful. The soba noodles were excellent.

I like the location, and public onsen inside the hotel open until 2am. overall happy with my stay for family of 4 (2A 2C).

Busy hotel very close to Ashikawa Station and Aeon Shopping Mall. Comfortable room. Great breakfast and seating area in reception. Onsen on 17th floor. Also a laundry on that floor. Tip use it between 10.00am - 3.00pm - very busy later. Staff are very helpful and professional.

Awesome location about 10 mins walk from the Asahikawa station. The check in and check out procedures are done via self service with clear instructions..The onsite parking spot makes it easier for our day trips to nearby cities with a rental car.

We love our stay in Asahikawa, small rooms but standard in Japan. We love the onsen & close proximity to restaurants & train stations.

Friendly staff

The bed was a little too firm that’s a minor quibble. The hotel was centrally located, quiet and clean, staff were friendly and efficient and I had a good nights rest. Parking was ¥800 for one night.

Super convenient if you're planning to take buses to nearby attractions (e.g. the sake distillery). Accommodating staff, with kudos to the cleaning staff for anticipating to our needs.
