"It is my first time coming to Ishigaki in Okinawa. Japanese service obviously is top notch. But ANA Intercontinental Ishigaki Resort service is just something else. A big shout out to Miki at the front desk of the Bay Wing where we were at. Our flight was 8am and taxi typically don’t operate that early to take us to the airport. Miki just relentlessly calling for us and proactively suggested to get two taxi instead of a big one such that we can get to the airport as fast as possible. All other staffs were awesome also. Room is superb. Food was great. The pool and beach facilities are amazing. I will definitely come back again!!!"

"The resort is located in an astonishing island, with plenty of natural wonders to discover. The hotel has a unique style, and it offers all the comforts and amenities to have a wonderful time. In particular we loved the food, and the quality of the service. Definitely recommended."

"Wonderful time at The Art. Buffets were reasonably priced with good variety. They had an all you can drink alcohol for 1,500yen or under $10 for 60 minutes. Pool was nice and the tour desk booked a great tour of Iriomote for us. "

"Nice resort. Seems very kid friendly which may not be for everyone. Food is good but options limited and expensive. Rent a car and drive around the island which is amazing and largely undeveloped except for farms. "

"Everything thought of. We meet all kinds of people there. Had great time because they have "Yunkaku" time with free Awamori and we bring in food and snacks to sit around and meet and exchange. So layedback and great host."

"As a solo travel staying for just a few nights, this was a very convenient and welcoming hotel! The staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast was delicious, the beach was close enough to walk to and the free bicycle rental made for a lovely ride to enjoy a night on the town! "

"My partner and I stayed for two nights and loved it at Irumote So! The room was spacious, the hosts are so lovely, and the hostel is equipped with everything you need. The rooftop patio was a beautiful place to watch the sun set. It’s a little far from town but the hosts will pick you up and drop you off from the ferry terminal. There’s a restaurant nearby which was great for dinners both nights. 10/10 would recommend to anyone staying in Iriomote. "
