"The staff was so accommodating especially when I dont speak Japanese. I arrived early but was able to check in 3 hours early; with a nominal fee. Also, They were able to check my brother in laws reservations. Informed them that His flight was canceled and should be arriving on Friday. Front desk informed me he is checked in another location and will inform them. I was grateful for all their help."
