The room is run down. There is a smell of mosit in the toilet. There are stains on the bed sheet. I can conclude it is a dirty room. Overall it is not a comfort stay. With the amount pay, there is better hotel around.

The toilet is dark, not bright enough. The room condition is very old and dirty. When you walked in to the room, the smell of old carpet and dusty environment is there. The window do not have a proper sound proof. You can listen to the bus passing by even though the window has been locked or closed. The aircond is old and making noise at night. However, the breakfast was acceptable.

The hotel was old and outdated. Overall was disappointed with the hotel ineterior part. The aircond was installed above the bed and the water leaked. Besides, the food of the hotel restaurant was served late and service was bad. Not much choices for the menu also.

Nice quiet, clean place to stay

The hotel has. a pleasant setup at the front desk. Staff were very accommodating eventhough we checked in very late at 830pm. The room setup was okay. Door lock is manual. Don't loose your key. Hallway to our room was spacious but no carpet on floor. No face towel were provided. Shower room is okay. Room were kept clean. We could use to more TV channels please. Ample car parking space. The Warisan Sizzler is fantastic. Food is good. Very helpful security and kitchen staff too. The mini bar perhaps could have more variety.

Spacious room, good location and good service

The hotel location is the town area, easy to locate, just look for Shell petrol station. For those driving, there's plenty of carparks within the hotel compound. Room is spacious. Staff service is good. There's two elevators for the building. Refrigerator is provided. However air conditioning for our room is getting noisy middle of the night, we were waken up from sleep due to the noise.
