"The staff was great, the whole process was smooth. The hotel was clean, we had no issues with our room. We stayed during the Victorian sleighbell parade weekend, the hotel wasn't super busy, but located 5 mins from downtown. Will be back next year "

Beds were very comfortable. Since it was cold, snowy and windy, we did not visit the beach or use the hot tub. We were there to celebrate the holidays in Manistee- a fast 15 mile minutes away.
