"The staff was great, the whole process was smooth. The hotel was clean, we had no issues with our room. We stayed during the Victorian sleighbell parade weekend, the hotel wasn't super busy, but located 5 mins from downtown. Will be back next year "

"Everything about the property was just as we expected. Listing gave us all accurate information. We stayed with 5 retired (or semi retired) couples. Ample room for all of us. Beds were very comfortable. Since it was cold, snowy and windy, we did not visit the beach or use the hot tub. We were there to celebrate the holidays in Manistee- a fast 15 mile minutes away. We had a lovely time- Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. "
