"Lodging was in a beautiful and historical part of town. (There’s a very local soy milk place selling it by the bag starting in the afternoon. Line forms early and all day.) We loved the old architecture of the building, property and room. Very comfortable and clean. The inn owner was so friendly and hospitable. He was helpful and wanting us to enjoy the city. Highly recommended choice! "
"This is the best of Tainan hotel we had stayed in the passed 10 yrs; only because our usual stay was not available and now we will switch over to this one."
"Amazing room, very cool and clean shared spaces, incredibly helpful staff. Was very walkable to well known downtown sites as well.
Will absolutely come back! "
"The city is walkable and quiet, and there is a market area nearby for shopping. The breakfast is good and you probably won't have any trouble staying a few nights."
"The hotel was close to the station and the facilities were of high quality for the price. It was also nice that there were bicycles available for rent."
"I was glad we had a mandarin speaker with us to call the proprietor when we arrived as we didnt know what to do when everything was locked up. But once we called and he arrived, it was an awesome place to stay. Loved the location in historic Tainan (only street parking a couple blocks away available) and all four of us found it very roomy with a nice shared sitting area/kitchen outside our private room. And free snacks upon arrival. I hope to stay there again some day!"

"Location is convenient for shopping, dining & transportation. Nice & polite staff. Spacious & comfortable bedroom & bathroom. However, room light is not bright enough for seniors."

"It was my first time out of the country and I was scared of not being able to get around or get help, but as soon as I got there the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful I will definitely rebook here again if im ever back in Taiwan. "
"The staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel has a very nice dining area for guests to use. Complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available. When the room is cleaned, staff provide bottled water and a small snack, which is a nice touch. We were not disturbed by traffic.sound in the room, which is a huge plus. Our room had a large shower and bathroom area "
