"Beakfast was the best I ever have had, huge, but mostly for asian people but I (european) could find a lot to eat. I travel alone so the size of the room was ok I had a dubble bed, perhaps for 2 persons it is too small. I like that tre room had a balcony. The pool is big. The lobby is beatiful. No bottled water but there is water in the corridor so you can fill the big bottle which is in the room. The cleankeeper was very busy and come late when I was already back and needed to rest. I liked the location, it was easy to walk in many places. I would choose Lakeshore Hotel Tainan again if I come back to Tainan."

"The room is damp and smelly. Windows are not soundproof at all, the constant noise of cars and people talking outside are disturbing."

"Check-in time is not 3pm as advertised on expedia. The guy at the front desk asked me to come back after 4pm. I showed him the advertised time on omy expedia app, and he said that time was not updated. So i had to leave the hotel and then come back later in 1hr. Location of hotel was great. But the amenity in room was very old. And the mattress was very hard. "
