"乾淨,服務人員親切。今年開始每次辦理入住，櫃檯人員皆主動告知可將訂房網會員招待的飲料主動換為一般非酒精飲料，並告知往後皆有記錄不須每次特別要求。若是如此個人非常感謝。但每次入住皆有相同對話卻沒有實際發生，即便是入住時說明，或第二天至櫃檯再次當面說明，往後每一天卻還是還是提供啤酒或是直接沒有提供。每日狀況不一，像開獎一樣。我滿好奇為何每次飯店主動告知有此服務，卻與實際狀況不同。工作人員相當辛勞還是給予肯定，謝謝！"

"Beautiful space and excellent condition. Extremely clean. Large bathroom and laundry machine. Really nice location. The apartment was perfect for us and the location is amazing. Lots of attention to detail to make the space inviting and a full kitchen! Really enjoyed our stay. Some details to be aware of: apartment address is a bit tricky to locate but using street house numbers and photos of the outside we were able to figure it out. Apartment is located up a set of stairs (the place is worth every step however). I think the owners prefer to communicate over line and in Mandarin. I cannot access the line app due to the regional ban so I was Google translating mandarin straight into the hotels.com app and that seemed to work. Could not find the business through WhatsApp. They will contact you ahead of the stay for more info and don’t be like me and forget to check messages until standing on the street outside the door. Their response time was extremely fast for me, luckily. "
